820-2936 No usb ports

820-2936 - no water damage.
both the usb ports don't work, but keyboard and trackpad works which is funny. I put in a usb stick. i'm getting 5v .275v and 3.1v on the pins. so its getting voltage, but not popping up in disk utility

Usually L4600/10 problem
Rip them off and solder direct wires.
You may also need to remove and bypass U4650 too.
Also compare diode mode to ground on both P/N data lines with similar board.
