Run GPU a stress test (Unigine Heaven/Valley, for example) and see if crashes immediatelly.
Then you have a problem with some SMC sensor; check VSENSE and ISENSE outputs.

Machine turns on in SMC bypass mode and loads macOS?
If yes, run HWMonitor and post the screenshot.
Check SMC_DCIN/PBUS_VSENSE and SMC_DCIN/CHGR_BMON_ISENSE.
Be sure to have correct resistance between pins 17/18 and 27/28 of U7000.

Possibly bad solders under SMC; reball it.
