PP5V_S5 go to 5v, then drops to 0and get back to 5, it cycling
ppbus = 12.65
what to try next ?

Remove R5805 and test again.

Check for short on all big coils.

Yes indeed L7260 Pulsing and it's shorted

Post the exact ohm resistance to ground.

It was totally shorted, resistance reading was 0 ohm, i enjected voltage and i found C6213 broken, i changed it and now working.
