820-3115 short on pp3v42_g3h

I have found a short on 3.42 and have removed L6995 it seem it coming from the u6900 side. Should I remove capacitor one by one until I find it? Also what is the best method in keeping the caps in arrangement so they don?t get mixed up.

U6900 is not connected on 3V42 power rail, but U6901.
Of course there are many other chips and caps.
You should post exact ohm value reading.

And start checking the caps near the BIL connector; under the black sponge, as common fail...
