820 3208-A,fans always at maximum speed

Hey,

820 3208, when i turn on the board fans always in maximum speed. ASD testes no errors!! already replace a flat cable trackpad-board!

No signs liquid damage! and no components damage!

Inspect Q5660 area for any corrosion or physical damage. For sure no liquid at any point?

yes for sure!! no corrosion points! Q5660 are looks good!

Did you try other LIO board?
Fan starts at max, or increases in 10-30s?

Some adicional info. The macbook starts at full fan speed, but if i do an smc reset, the fans idle at normal spped, but when try to install os, it start to install but shut it self off.
The asd dont give errors when i perform the smc reset, but if not reset, it gives error related to smc.
