820-3208 EFI failed

Hi,
i have problem with this board, efi failed, do you know where is the problem?
the mba work on the system but display black line sometimes, and slow video.
In ASD OS, kernel panic, i can't test.

You need to reflash the BIOS with a clean ME region. Someones password unlocked it or swapped a BIOS chip for some reason or other, but not bothere cleaning up the intel ME region

Does the serial number on the bottom match the one in OSX? If yes then read the ROM on a programmer and post it here for the ME region to be fixed.
