howdy howdy howdy, I've got an 820-3330 that won't boot (no chime, no no-ram beep, no USB mouse lightup), PCH gets nice and toasty and is giving me trash instead of SPI_MLB_CLK.

I assume the PCH is fucked, but I'd love for it not to be . help computah!

sorry, brain got retarded there and thought that was the problem.

power button LSI sensor hit, edge bonding gone from the GPU, flux under it. no clue about the history, I have a friend who is keeping an eye out for an 820-3330 for me and this is one he tracked down DOA.

u4800 area has a few darkened probe points below it, a bit of residue around battery connector, bios, and u5010. hmm, getting 2.7 on pin 4, and 3.28 on 5-8.

So this is a garbage board that was fucked with. GPU was messed with. Really this board could have so much wrong with it at this stage I doubt you want to waste time on this. If you really want to, first thing is to install a new GPU and probably VRAM. U4800 is not important and if U5010 had an issue it would not even power on. BIOS area is VERY important of course, so maybe look at that for corroded resistors and traces.
