820-3332 early 2013 no keyboard and trackpad only power button

hello,

so first the macbook didnt have backlight, i have replaced the fuse and LCD connector because they were corroded, now the screen works perfectly,

but the problem is that the keyboard and touchpad are not working only the power button is working i can turn the macbook on and off,

i dont see any other corrosions on the board.
its an macbook pro 15'' early 2013

can anyone help please?

it does work with external keyboard and mouse via USB

Check R5701/2/4.
Be sure U5701 is correctly powered up.
Post BUTTON_DISABLE signal level.

R5701 (pin1 2.76V) (pin2 2.76V)

how can i check it?? i have checked all the solder joints and it looks all good no corrosion

Do you get VDD at U5701?

Inspect U2700 area too.
Bluetooth works?

wifi bluetooth and all usb ports are working
i get 3.03V VDD at U5701 i have measured it on C5701 and C5706..shouldnt this be 3.3V?
and everything around U2700 looks perfect no sign of damage..

i have replaced R5704 and now i do have 3.3V VDD on C5701 and C5706..
the keyboard backlight is working now but the keyboard itself and trackpad dont.
do i still need to replace U5701 if i have 3.3V?

Yes, try another U5701, from donor board.

can SMC lid cause this problem aswell? because when i measure J5050 pin 6 SMC_LID_R i get only 1.52V

SMC_LID MUST stay at 3.3V and BUTTON_DISABLE at 0V.

when i measure at R5050 i get 3.3V SMC_LID and SMC_LID_R also 3.3V
but at J5050 i get 1.52V is it normal? or is this caused by U5701?

Not normal, unless R5050 is bad; incorrect value, too high.
Solder correct resistor and check if SMC_LID works properly.

i have replaced the U5701 it worked for 1 minute and now its not working again, when the macbook is booting i can press the caps lock and the led goes on and off but once its booted the led stays on or off and TP and KB are not working

i have tried few more times and the KB and TP are working sometimes 1-2 mins then it stops

Be sure U5701 is correctly soldered; try another chip also.

Check U2700 area too.
