Fans Spin goes wild

Troubleshoot:

1. Changed SMC twice.
2. Checked Thermal sensor (proximity Sensor/fin stack
3. Checked Current sense resistors

Do you mean the machine works, but fan spins at max?
If yes, fan starts at max from first second?
Run HWMonitor and post any strange value.
