820-4924 high fan spin

Fan shouldn't spin untill CPU gets hot.
If starts with max speed, some SMC sensor is triggered.

Test known good trackpad flex/board first.
Also try disconnecting webcam.

I tested the board only on the bench without connecting anything the fan starts in max speed

What about 3V3_S5/SUS, ALL_SYS_PWRGD?

Remove Q8150 and check again ALL_SYS_PWRGD.

ALL_SYS_PWRGD is now 3.337v stable

Check 3V3_S0, 5V_S0 and 1V5_S0 voltages.

Fix the problem.
Check diode mode to ground first.
If good, check U8030 voltages.

U8030 is looks so ugly some pads are burnt I've fixed it the system now works fine
