A1418 2012 820-3302-A chimes continuously with blanc white screen with no image

Sometimes it chimes once and it stays in white screen with no image and some times it chimes continuously. I have tried another cpu and another bios but still no change. Any ideas?

Try new BIOS, with clean ME region.
