A1502 820-4924-A no power

Hi,

I have an A1502 820-4924-A that has no fan spin, but has green light cpu gets hot, has usb activity, and consumes 550 mA on the bench PS.
It had some corrosion on R7179, and a lose track to the U7200, that i have made a jumper to.
I have 1v at R7119

What should i measure next? Can you help?

Correction. It seams the the resistance replacement and the jumper solve the power on problem.
The computer already has power and starts up de OSX.
The problem seams to be some fan sensor, because the fan does'nt spin on normal use, but it spins on the diagnostics test.
What should i do?

Absolutely normal, we specified this many times about 4924 board.
Fan spins only when the CPU gets really hot.
