A1708 820-00840-A no power

Hi,

I have an A1708 with no power.

It only has 5V on ampmeter.

PP3V3_UPC_XB_LDO diode reading is 0.005, while PP3V3_UPC_XA_LDO has 0.596.

How can I be sure if the culprit is U3200?

Follow PP3V3_UPC_XB_LDO in schematic/boardview, to see which other components connected there.
Fastest way, inject voltage and use thermal camera to find the culprit.
