I have tried SMC reset and PRAm reset. Disconnected all connectors and tried for USB activity. None

No liquid damage, but it is quite dusty. A cheap charger was used before.

Advice on what to measure?

Something with U7100?

All other coils seem to be providing output.

Nothing suspicious around CD32's

Do not expect iGPU core voltgage (VCCGT) until high graphics load is detected.
Also, STOP checking DC voltage on input pins of the buck converter coils.

USB redriver chip is on the other side of the board.
We talked many times on the forum about it.
It doesn't appear in schematic/boardview...

I can't see any short on the test pads in 500 range. Nor any damage around it

Flashed the bios. I get 20V 0.57A and feel the heat on the CPU but no keyboard or screen light. Fan spins moderately

820-00840 8HV22 Medusa clean ME + PRAM.bin file you have provided. I did erase + flash at once, which got stuck at 90% and had to interrupt. The second time I erased the flash first, then flashed and went straight forward.

PPVCCCPU_S0G - 0.97V
PPVCCSA_S0G - 1.05V
PPVCCIO_S0G - 0.95V

PPVCCPCH_S5G - 0V
