A1990 no display, small water damage on screen connector.

water damage at the screen connector but at screen side, there is no water damage at the board , no backlight and no display. try also with good screen.

PPVOUT_S0_LCDBKL - 0V
EDP_PANEL_PWR_BUF_EN - 3.4V
I2C_BKLT_SDA/SCL - 5.1V
I2C_TCON_SDA/SCL - 3.4V
I2C_ALS/I2C_CAM - 1.8V
MIPI_FTCAM_CLK - 0.4V

ALL THE REST 0V
any idea?

It is connected to MLB directly.

Did you try another LCD assembly?
Check diode mode on data lines.

I cannot say more , as you didn't post MLB code yet...

Mentioned connector replicates J8500 from the MLB.
The water spill affected MLB, of coruse.

Check diode mode to ground at EDP_INT lines.
Pay atention to EDP_INT_AUX_N.
If you have luck, maybe U9850 bad only.

As far as I know, doesn't have specific firmware.
Check the scrap boards you have, or buy new, if available.
