I've been down the MUX route on this and its not the issue.

MUX issues will not crash the machine. VRAM corruption will. What is the exact issue?

not the MUX, tried replacing it previously, exact same issue after replacement . this model is hell of a headache, I tried everything but no luck

Hopeless, probably trace issue inside the board as it is becoming common on the 2914/15 boards too.
