but seriously, that question is far too vague to give a real answer to
what you should do is use metal shields or a penny as a heatsink if you are working next to items that have underfill/are next to the cpu.
use enough heat to get the item off without destroying it.

Thanks man! Yeah i have had problems with the items that have underfill. One question more. Should i put the penny near the heated place?
