Has video problems. Worth to replace or there are not new chips?

Bad panel or bad board on panel. I know some panel have boards and I can replace them.

Also can a take a panel from 2008 model? My one is 2009 model.

Since when were 27" imacs made in 2008?

Als LM270WQ1 are the same 2009-2011. Only thing different is the SYNC cable for the inverter. You can swap the control board on the LCD or make up a new cable.
