iphone 11 no imei

Hello everyone I have an iphone 11 and we have swapped the board as we had probolems with restoring the device. Was always getting error 9 .After swapping the board device restored successfully but now having problem with no Imei on the phone. Checked the values aroudn BB and BBPmu on diode mode everything seems well. And I just realised that after restoring on idevice details page of 3utools wifi serial number and wifi module also missing and the device restarts randomly. I will share the panic logs on the end of the message. And also I realised that I have to read aroudn 350-390 on pad 243 which is located next to PA_HB_K and it is connected to this IC. I have tried the remove the ic then I get OL which ic normal. But I have tried 3 different ICs but always same result. Does this effect the baseband and wifi data on restore?

Here is the panic log also:
