Lots of Macbook Air 13" 2011's with ram issues

Is it just me that has been receiving a lot of these recently?

All 13" Macbook Air's from 2011 with either the system glitching the heck out and memtest giving errors or just not booting at all and giving the "3 beep" ram error.
Its always the same board giving these issues, 820-3023

What is causing this primarily? PCH/CPU issues, Cracked solder balls, dying ram chips, damaged traces? Any of above, all at once?

I have found similar issues on dell XPS13 machines. They only thing they share is the same generation CPU......Shitty cooled CPU seems the problem, but not sure of course.
