Macbook A1466 PP3v42 shorted

PP3v42 Shorted. Diode Mode Reading 0.092

No Corrosion.
SMC was changed/reballed by us a year ago.

D7012 was partially removed from the board. Put it back. But still the same.

That is not a pure short; very likely nothing will heat injecting voltage.
However, you can consider to inject 2-4V and check in time with a performant IR camera.

Injected upto 3V. Drawing only 0.064 Amps. Nothing Gets Hot.

R7096 resistance is 120k Ohms .
I replaced it with a 200K resistor. Still the same.
Bad U7090 ?

Heated up U7090 just to check.

3v42 now present.
Get Magsafe and Fan spin as well. But not booting up.
