Macbook Air Works for about a minute and then shuts down

Hello this is my first post, don't know where to start, but I have question to ask, I have macbook air Board Model 820-00165, Issue with that macbook is, it turns on and boots, by the time it reach to user screen it turns off, I did remove trackpad , keyboard , even SSD it behaves the same, I don't know where to start, Only thing I noticed at 2 mosfets Q7321 and Q7311 it shows me Resistance between pin 1 and 5 around 25,26 ohm, is that the right resistance. also forgot to mention I didn't saw any liquid damage sign. Thanks

ME does not cause shutdown issues on Apple boards only PC boards. Question here is what is the history of this machine? I hope it is liquid else it will probably be hopeless.
