MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Late 2013) - Randomly crashing and kernel panic

My diagnosis for this was the 3 power regulation IC for the CPU.
Ordered 3 "FDMF 3030" ICs and replaced them, but unfortunately the same issue.
Please does anyone has any idea what's the next step to check is?

Where did you buy the chips?
Did you solder them properly (heatsink removed)?

Remove internal SSD and test USB macOS; or another SSD installation.
You must discard software issue first.

I bought it from Mouser.co.uk.
Yes, the heat sink and logic board were removed.
I will try to remove the internal SSD and test with external USB macOS.
