MacbookPro A1990 820-01041-A USBC Problem

Hi

I have a 820-01041 Board. Previously it was having liquid damage one CD3215 and both ports were burnt out. After replacement of both port and one CD3215, it started working and i was getting 20V and normal current without battery. But after some one of the new Port burnt out suddenly and damaged again one more CD3215. then i realised that that port were faulty and found one more faulty in the same lot i ordered from supplier. Again i did replacement of CD3215. before that replacement, behaviour of three port was similar except this. i was getting PPBUS_G3H on three port but not on that i replaced later.

But after that i am not getting PPDCIN_G3H. it shows 5.14V on all ports. But i am getting PP3V3G3H from all ports.
one more thing that i wants to highlights, two of the CD3215 has C00 number in last and other two has B03. Does it make any difference?

what else do i need to check?

Sorry for that long delay, i was waiting for the ICs. NOW I have soldered the all same CD3215C00 on board but still the same problem. i am getting 5V at USB-C Meter.
I have checked couple of power rails which are as follows.
1. PP_20V_USB_XB_VBUS---5V
2. PP3V#_UPC_XB_LDO--3.3V
3. PP1V8_UPC_XB_LDOA--1.8V
4. PP1V8_UPC_XB_LDOD--1.8V
5. PP1V1_UPC_XB_BMC---1.1
6. HV_GATE1-- 10.9V
7. HV_GATE2-- 5.V
8. PPDCIN_G3H--5V
9. CHGR_VDDA--5V
10. CHGR_VDDP--5V
11. PP3V3_G3H--3.3V
12. USBC_XB_CC1--0V
13. USBC_XB_CC2--0V
14. CHGR_AUX_DET--1.2 V

what else do i need to check? is it TBAROM need to be replaced?

i didn't notice that need to check on all.
i am not getting on two CD3215. these are UB300 and UB400.
PP1V1_UPC_TA_LDO_BMC---0V
PP1V1_UPC_TB_LDO_BMC---0V
PP1V1_UPC_XA_LDO_BMC---1.1V
PP1V1_UPC_XB_LDO_BMC---1.1V

other two LDO_1V8A and LDO_1V8D is ok on both these ICs.

1V1 LDO only appears on the CD3215 chip corresponding to powered port.
Did you check correctly?
Missing this LDO, usually denotes bad chip.

i have tried with second pair IC (New) and still no 1.1V LDO on both Ics with corresponding port.
It means the complete lot of the ICs are is faulty. I bought 12 Ics -Six each in C00 and B03. tried 4 of them (CD3215C00). ..

i have question regarding this problem.i am getting 5V on all ports and its taking 380mAmp through each port so the behaviour is same at all ports. is it normal that much current. Any way i am waiting for scrap board. then will try. can you please make me understand communication with TBROM? if possible just in short.

380mA without any cable connected to MLB?
Post exact PPBUS_G3H voltage.
Do you get all SLPS2R and AWAKE voltages?
Is the machine recognized in DFU mode?

I don't have another machine for DFU Mode at the moment, waiting for that. But as you asked to check some voltages are here What we can assume from these voltages
PPBUS_G3H is 12.32V.
PP1V8SLPSLPS2R- 1.8V.
PP1V1SLPS2R -1.1V
PP1V8SLPS2R- 0.8V
PP1V2_AWAKE- 1.2V
PP1V8_AWAKE- 1.8V
PP3V3_AWAKE- 3.3V
PP3V0_G3H_RTC- 3.0V

Get a machine with SAME macOS installed and try DFU mode.
Read other related threads, all the information is on the forum.
