[SOLVED]820-2523 no boot

Hi,
this motherboard is clean, no liquid, the customer say after change his battery the macbook won't start.
I check
PPBUS_G3H=12,5
PPBUS_CPU_IMVP_ISNS=12,5V
PPDCIN_G3H=16,8V
PP3V42_G3H=0
When i short pin 5 J5713 the mac don't start
SMC_PM_G2_EN=0V
SMC_ONOF_L=3V3
nothing burn on the board. where can i check?

Voltage on C6990?

L6995 1=0,315 2=0,315, with power adapter L6995 = 3,41V in voltage mode.
C6990=15,92V

So, why you say PP3V42_G3H = 0V?? Please check and confirm SMC_PM_G2_EN=0V..... Voltage on L7260?

i make a mistake
SMC_PM_G2_EN=3,379V
L7260=0V each side, in diode mode 0V, in ohm 0,5, i think it's short. i try to find.
