[SOLVED]820-3662 Blown Q8020

Q8020 looks burnt. Literally has a hole in it. Afraid to power up and cause damage, as I only have 1 good Q8020 left.
Any hypothesis on what can cause this?
Also, PP3V3_SUS has 0.7 OHM resistivity to ground. Is this normal? The fucked up donor board is measuring the same resistivity on that line.

The customer only wanted to buy (they can replace it themselves) or replace Q8020 because they spotted that it was fried and brought it to have only this fixed. I replaced and cautioned that the cause is not resolved and quoted them for a future "comprehensive repair" from which I will deduct my fee for this single replacement. If it comes back I'll update this thread.

Those are customers you DON'T need!
He will install a new Q8020 and it will instantly fry again because of the short or he will just kill the board. Then he will be back to complain.....

Customer didn't come back yet. Can we mark it as "closed" for now and if needed will open a new case later on.
