SOLVED: 820-4924 - Works all fine but no fan - SMC_FAN_0_CTL missing

Hi Guys,

I have this board which had liquid damage and shorted Q7010.
Now is on and loading os, but the fan is not spinning and cannot detect any RPM, when measured:

PP3V3_S0_FAN - 3.3V
PP5V_S0_FAN - 3.3V
SMC_FAN_0_TACH - 3.3V
SMC_FAN_0_CTL - 0V - comes straight from underneath SMC. No liquid damage on SMC

Tried SMC reset, no change

Shorted R6061 and Fan blasts to 100% with a 2-5 sec delay after shorting it.

Fan won't spin until CPU gets burning hot on this board.

You are right @piernov, left it to run for 10min and fan spun.
