[SOLVED] Distorted video after liquid damage...MacBook Air 2013

I'm looking to buy this MacBook air, It's a 2013 13"...

Is this "distortion" possible without a cracked or damaged LCD? Seller said it showed up that way after liquid damage and wasn't cracked...

Anyone run into this situation or it was cracked and the seller didn't realize it...

Seems to be a bad LCD and yes it could be water damage, corrosion on flex cable that connects the panel with control board
