Hi team,

I wanted to know if some one could tell / explain me if the following SMC references are compatible as they're programmed: [h=3]LM4FS1BH5BBCIGR
LM4FSXAH5BB
LM4FS1AH5BBCIG
LM4FS1BH5BBCIG
LM4FS1GH5BBFIG
LM4FS1EH5BBCICG[/h] In my case i'm looking for the LM4FSXAH5BB for a 820-3208 board. and just found the other references on aliexpress.
Or my only chance to replace it is to get it from a donor board?

Just buy a 820-3208 donor board and take the SMC from there, SMC has firmware and it should be exactly the same, also you will have a donor board for future repairs...

Be aware that LM4FS* refers to the microprocessor and not to the actual programming flashed to it.

The longer number most likely refers to version, batch or specification. There is no 100% solid way to know what firmware its running

You must ALWAYS take and reball a donor SMC from an identical board.
