no fan spin 820-2330 but green light

hello friends, i am just working on that board, the airflow is stuffed full of dirt

had green light no fan spin

figured out that on C7771 only 0.3V, replaced like recommended

after that board is working

i put it back in the case, fasten all srews and no fan spin but green light same like before, chekced PP1V05_S5_MCP this time is ok

i think that C7771 is a common fail. so has somebody experience what to do now? could it be an option that there are cracks under the MCP and during i heated C7771 to solder that

the cracks opened?

I dont want mess it up with a mcp reflow

You solder C7771 with normal soldering iron. No idea what is wrong at this point...

i used hot air.


Edit:

I just found the problem.

I used a bigger one a 7.3mm smd condensator. but it was too big for that small place, i scratched already a bit from the board to solder it right
but it was on one side only touching the pad,
