820-3437-B no green light

Board only had PP3V42.
Changed ISL.
Then PPBUS and ACOK returned but still no green light.
Board looks almost perfect, no sign of corrosion as far as I can tell.
Any suggestion?

Inpect magsafe board and flex cable, also inspect connectors on both sides...
