820-3209 delayed charger light

Board got on over-voltage because the non original charger exploded when it was in use.
It takes some minutes for the orange light to appear.
PPBUS, PP3V42 and ACOK all are normal.
Any idea? Change ISL maybe?

Does green light come on and the board power on after that?

The green light comes on and it powers on but all this happens with a few minutes of delay after I put it on charger.

So it takes a few minutes for the green light to come on? Magsafe board and flat cable were changed?

Both were changed with known good ones.
Exactly, it takes time for the charger light (orange for some reason) to appear. Sometimes only 10 seconds but most times a few minutes.

Either bad connector for the flat cable on the board or crap under the SMC or U5010.

Connector seems fine. SMC and U5010 looks fine too, I do not think there is crap under them cause this was not liquid damage.
Board was put aside for some days. Then charger light wont even come back at all. So we changed the ISL.
This time charger light comes on sometimes instantly sometimes with delay but this time the board wont start. Not even with power pads. It only starts with the battery plugged in.
Suggestion? Reball SMC? Change from a donor one?

There is nothing else to this anymore besides the SMC. Flux and reflow it and if that does not work replace it.
