[SOLVED]820-3332 Low headphone output

Hi have a 820-3332 here with low headphone jack output- before you ask ive tried a new jack, same issue
Its history follows-
No power (shorted PP5VS4, poly tant capacitor issue)
No display (U9000 was bad, also powered by PP5VS4)

Ive replaced all audio components connected to PP5VS4 with no improvement.
Hate audio issues and need a bit of help, its like the gain is not correct, no distortion or anything weird, Recognises the headphones as output, but the output is low
Also tried usually stuff like volume control and audio midi setup.ect still cant get anywhere.

was the codec (u6201) which is odd as everything else was working. Rarely seen odd issues like that caused by the codec. Happy days!
