820-2879: No fan spin, all S5 rails present.

820-2879 with no fan spin. All S5 rails present and charges battery. When attempt to turn on by shorting pins, light turns from amber to green and then back to amber. Something tells me there's a short but not sure how to proceed.

Realized I should use my brain - checked for shorts on S3. Found one on PP5V_S3.. Stay tuned.
