[SOLVED]82-3330 - USB not working.

Customer said the one USB port was intermittent then dead and now the other one is dead too.

I get power on my external drive caddy but it never it never shows up.
(I seem to have misplaced my plain-old-mouse somewhere can't test just yet for a red light).

In diode mode:

L4610::1 = 0.287
L4610::2 = 0.287
L4610::3 = 0.288
L4610::4 = 0.287

L4620::1 = 0.699
L4620::2 = 0.698
L4620::3 = 0.698
L4620::4 = 0.699

Going to search for my plain-old-mouse with a red light now.

Measure diode mode on data pins on the actual USB port. Pretty sure it will just be a bad L4610/20 as usual.

Can an L4610 from a 820-2850 work on an 820-3330?

How can I tell which is Pin 1 on an L4610?

Looking at a boardview, it's like they're inverted to each other.

Swapped L4610, no change.

USB lights up but doesn't see boot drives at boot options screen.

I have another L4610 handy, going to swap it again, just in case to see.

Replaced it twice now.
No change.

Swapped out D4600 and D4610 and all is well.
