820-2879 sensor reading -124c but all components are fine

Got a 820-2879 Fan spins fast after about 5 seconds of being on so I ran ASD which said TN1D is reading -124c looked around u5535 area no corrosion measured all components in the area everything was measuring ok.
This machine also does not boot if the charger is not connected but once running it will run fine if you unplug the charger.

Check R5235-R5236, should be 0ohm, also check pull up resistors for this bus (R5260-R5261)..... Other than that, bad MCP............

Checked those resistors and their traces all ok, another one for the parts pile then.
