Macbook Pro 15 inch Mid 2010 restarting randomly

Hi Guys, I have this MOBO: 820-2850-a and it is restarting randomly and makes the three beeps, IDA test says cpu panic report.

I already replace the C9560, but still is restarting. (and of course i already test with new RAM)

Please advise how to proceed.

Try on slot at a time and max out the working one....

I already did all the basic staff before to ask in this forum. I tried with just one module of ram and i test both, but that doesn't solved the problem

If both RAM slots give the same error it is probably a dead CPU or cracked traces/balls under it. Not worth fixing in my eyes.
