820-00165 - Missing PP3V3_SUS

I got this air with a backlight problem. It was liquid damaged around the LVDS connector.
Replaced the connector and the cable. Put it in the ultrasonic cleaner.
I put everything together. I left it running and when I came back the LCD was dark.
It didn't react to the power button anymore.

Now I have missing PP3V3_SUS.
PPBUS_G3H - 8.58V
PP3V3_S5 - 3.3V
PP5V_S5 - 5V

PM_BATLOW_L - 3.3V
PM_SLP_SUS_L - 0V

I checked RTC voltage and all is good. 32KHz is present.

Only liquid damage was around the connector. The board is not corroded.
Where else to look? I hope the PCH just not died.

The usual spots, around U6100/clock chip. JTAG connector, crap under SMC, U1950. There MUST be liquid damage somewhere else.
