I have a liquid-damaged 820-00165 with no magsafe light. It has stable (but low) main G3H voltage at 8.19V. It looks like the SMC is off. Using known-good side board and cable.
• I have 3.42V going to the SMC.
• No PP3V3_S5
SMC_XTAL_R and SMC_XTAL are both at 3.4V. Not sure what this is telling me. Not sure why they would be up at 3.4V.
Pre-cleaning pics are attached, however, the board was cleaned before it got to us.
