820-2915 No Wifi

Tested known good Wifi board & cable, L3401, L3470/1/3/4 all test out. Have 3.3v on pin 1 of L3404 but 2.4v at pin 2. Without the card it's at 3.3v on pin 2.
Bluetooth works.

Only thing I can imagine is bad C3422 or WIFI_EVENT_L pulling the line down?

C3430/31 present? Connector damaged? Diode mode on pin 3,4,5,6,8,9,11?
