820-2936 not charging.

This board has had a lot of work done previously. unknown history, no water damage.

ppbusG3_Hot is 12.26v

BIL wasn't working originally due to broken pin, swapped connector and it works now.

U7000 - 20.22 ohms pins 27/28 3.05 ohms pins 17/18.

Q7055 is not being turned on by the ISL, I've got 12.26v on pin 4.

I've changed the ISL with a new part, and q7055 from a donor, no change.

I'm running out of ideas. This should be more straightforward than this.

PPBUS_G3H on 12.26V means SMC is not communicating with ISL, it should be 12.56V..
Are you sure BILL is working??
Does it power on?
Battery detected on OS?
Also check your soldering job....

If BIL is doing something when pressing the button the SMC is probably ok. A dead ISL is likely but bad soldering is also possible. Check data lines from SMC to ISL
