820-3209 3 beep

This board came in with 3 beeps, no liquid. Customer says that he was in the middle of an update for High Sierra, when the screen went black. When he tried to power it back up all he gets is three beeps.
I will most likely not attempt to work on it because the board goes for like 150 on Ebay. I am wondering though, could this be a corrupt EFI since the symptom occurred during an update?

Probably censorship. The computer is probably throwing out cuss words like Louis and they are just beeping them out.

Cracked ball under RAM/CPU/PCH, bad RAM/CPU/PCH, and/or internal break in the board. Only thing you can do is reflow all the RAM chips and pray that works. If not, this is a total waste of time.

Reflowed Ram and all is good. I honestly didn't think it was gonna work, LOL. Thanks again!
