[SOLVED]820-2936-B no data on one of the USB ports

It is the second port closest to the DPort connector I get light on extern disk but no data (blinking light)..any ideas?

Check L4610 (continuity test) and measure in diode mode both data lines...

excuse my ignorence her but from which point to which point should i check continuity?

L4610, should be continuity between pins 1-2 and 3-4
