820-2330-A Green Light but does not turn on

A friends old piece of crap that went dead. No water or signs of drops.

He had a battery with over 2500 cycles, replaced it with a compatible one and went dead. To charge the battery he was connecting the charger and then the battery but it didn't turn ON, the Mac didn't charge it with the battery connected from the start.

Now it has a green light, G3H is 7.9 - 8V, and C7771 is 1.10V. Any ideas ?

PPBUS_G3H should be about 12.6V, check sense resistors...... Charger is original 85W???

My guess is a combination of a dead battery and a fake 85W charger. Is PPBUS without the battery installed 12.6V? Are you using a REAL 85W charger?
