820-2914 GPU issue?

I have this 17" MacBook Pro that have been sitting here for a while now. It shows clear signs of GPU issues. Starts booting but the screen goes black for half a second and then goes white.
Anything to to with this board or should I just put it in the parts bin? I have replaced the tantulum capasitors at the GPU VCore output.

Come one man, you really don't know about a recall that has been going on for 3 years now? Take it to Apple and undo the crap you did to it.

Yes I do , but there were more things wrong with it when it arrived into my hands
