No idea what it exactly is but I generally only have one meal a day somewhere in the evening. Not following any diet or advice, I just never really have breakfast or lunch.

OMAD nice. Yeah, that's intermittent fasting for sure. I bet a lot of people tell you that's really unhealthy lol.
