iphone 6 4.7 with 0.7 amp then back to 2 amp then dead

Hi I have an iPhone 6 it boots with white apple logo amp draw is 0.7 it stays at 0.7 amp for about 40 seconds then blank screen but amp stays around 0.6 USB is not detecting to computer there is no short I replace tristar and did diode mode reading and still same problem so I replace u1501 and still the same problem I test the nand area for short and found nothing I need some advice thanks

Put in DFU mode and do a restore first. If data does not matter of course.

you w3as right I put it dfu mode and found out the hard drive was corrupted so I fix it with the new hard drive thanks
