SMD collection books/binders

Wondering if this is as great as it looks (a lil books filled with 0201 SMD resistors). Anyone have one, or is there something better (other than make your own)? I'd have to order a bunch of these books for the different wattages/sizes, and a couple for caps as well.

i bought the same but honestly it is still brand new. i prefer simply to scavenge out components from old unfixable boards

I think that simply having a shit load of boards saves a lot of time. The human pick and place.... Or as Louis calls it "Monkey see, Monkey do".
Looking at the correct values on the schem and then looking through a book of SMT components to find that value and package is looong.
