    MacBook Air 15" A2941 820-03160 Stuck 5V 0.009-0.010A

I hadn't checked the back of the board (since there are only test points) but to my surprise the test point for line P3V8AON_DRVH3 is completely burned out and I suppose there must be internal contact between layers :(

    MacBook Air 15" A2941 820-03160 Stuck 5V 0.009-0.010A

I did what you told me, but the strange thing is that it's not a component itself that's heating up, but rather a part of the board, near R5844. It's as if the problem originates between the internal layers of the board.

    MacBook Air 15" A2941 820-03160 Stuck 5V 0.009-0.010A

    Hi, I went on vacation for a couple of days. Diode readings: L5800: 0.340 LC320: 0.309 LC710: 0.485

MacBook Pro A2779 820-02841 gets stuck on a black screen after a few seconds of the Apple logo

Hello. I've tried everything and haven't been able to solve this problem. It's worth noting that the backlight is working.

    MacBook Air 15" A2941 820-03160 Stuck 5V 0.009-0.010A

I'm sorry, but I'm stuck on this. And yes, all the secondary line coils have the same PPBUS_AON diode value.

    MacBook Air 15" A2941 820-03160 Stuck 5V 0.009-0.010A

I tried applying voltage to the line, but it didn't heat any specific component. However, it did heat up part of the board.

    MacBook Air 15" A2941 820-03160 Stuck 5V 0.009-0.010A

I don't see F5200 in A2941 because it seems to be the same line, PPBUS_AON and PPVBAT_AON_CHGR_REG. I'm not sure if I'm mistaken.

    MacBook Air 15" A2941 820-03160 Stuck 5V 0.009-0.010A

The voltage at the PPBUS_AON diode is 0.012V. I'm using XZZ's schematic. Although it lacks information, it gives me an idea for comparison with an A2681 board.

    MacBook Air 15" A2941 820-03160 Stuck 5V 0.009-0.010A

I have a MacBook Air 15" 2023 M2 A2941 820-02862 motherboard that won't power on. Initially, a malfunction was detected in U7700, which was replaced, and the diode values returned to normal. However, it's worth noting that the PPBUS_AON line has an abnormal value of 0.075V. I've already replaced...

MacBook Pro A2779 820-02841 gets stuck on a black screen after a few seconds of the Apple logo

"As you don't have data to save, check what happens with Linux, or Windows." How can I install Linux or Windows natively on an M2 MAC?

MacBook Pro A2779 820-02841 gets stuck on a black screen after a few seconds of the Apple logo

I already tried turning it on without the lid sensor, but the problem persists. I managed to get the monitor to detect the main screen, and according to diagnostic mode, the screen is being detected without issue. The device turns on, displays the Apple logo, and once it reaches the lock screen...

MacBook Pro A2779 820-02841 gets stuck on a black screen after a few seconds of the Apple logo

When connected to an external monitor, it displays a secondary screen image. I have successfully restored it twice using DFU. However, the problem persists.

MacBook Pro A2779 820-02841 gets stuck on a black screen after a few seconds of the Apple logo

My MacBook Pro A2779 820-02841 powers on, but the screen only displays for a few seconds, showing the Apple logo and the loading bar, while the motherboard remains powered on. The strange thing is that when I enter recovery mode, the screen displays without issue, but upon entering the recovery...

A2779 820-02841-A black screen but not in recovery

Hi, were you able to find a solution? I have the exact same problem with the same motherboard model. The screen goes black after the Apple logo appears and the loading bar starts. But when I boot into recovery mode, the screen works correctly.
