Solved replacing Q3501

Got this board here which had no power. PP3V3_SUS was low, only 0.45V. I found corrosion under U8020, so I replaced it and got back PP3V3_SUS to normal. Now the board pulses all S0 rails in loop but does not turn on. I inspected whole board and could not find any more corrosion in it. Any ideas?

C5626 was a little corroded and that's why it was having quarter fan. Solved

Hello. Got this board here with 3v3_s5 stuck at 0.6V. There's no short on that line. Already replaced U7501, C7564, C7588, Q7560. Still same. Any ideas on what the problem could be?
